Nanoplastia utilizes a sophisticated blend of natural acids, amino acids, and restorative ingredients that penetrate the hair at a molecular level.

Key active components include:
Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) and Carboxylic Acids: These organic acids, such as Glyoxylic Acid, are central to the Nanoplastia process. When activated by heat, they gently modify the internal bonds of the hair without breaking them. Unlike traditional chemical straighteners that disrupt disulphide bonds, these acids work to realign the hydrogen and salt bonds within the keratin structure. This results in a smoothed, straightened hair fibre while maintaining its integrity and elasticity. The process is non-damaging and gradually fades over time.
Amino Acids: Essential building blocks of protein, amino acids like Serine, Arginine, and Proline are present in high concentrations. These tiny molecules are small enough to deeply penetrate the hair cortex, repairing damage, strengthening the internal structure, and increasing elasticity. They bind to the hair's keratin, helping to reconstruct and reinforce weakened areas.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Previously Relaxed or Straightened Hair: Not recommended for hair that has been previously treated with traditional chemical relaxers (e.g., lye or no-lye products). The combination of different chemical processes can lead to unpredictable results.
Hair that is extremely brittle, over-processed, or has a high porosity from excessive bleaching or chemical damage may not be suitable. A consultation is essential to determine hair health.
Scalp or Skin Conditions: Individuals with scalp abrasions, sores, or specific skin conditions should seek advise or avoid this treatment.
Pregnant or Breastfeeding Clients: Consult a medical professional before receiving the treatment.
PRE TREATMENT
Attend appointment with freshly washed hair, the same day or the day before.
Wash your hair with a shampoo (clarifying if available) 2 times before your appointment to remove any product build-up and prepare the hair for the treatment.
Do not use any conditioners or styling products after the wash and dry.

Inform your stylist of any previous chemical treatments or allergies.
AFTER CARE
Do not wash your hair for at least 48 hours after the treatment to allow the new bonds to fully set.
Use sulphate-free and sodium chloride-free shampoos and conditioners to prolong the life of the treatment and protect the results. Suitable recommended sets are available for purchase at the clinic and an introductory set is included with this treatment complimentary. Using different aftercare products may not guarantee quality and longevity of the treatment.
Hair must be thoroughly dried with a hairdryer after every wash, pointing the airflow downwards. Hair should not be air-dried after this treatment.
Use a heat protectant spray before blow-drying or using hot styling tools.
Limit exposure to chlorine or salt water, as it can reduce the longevity of the treatment.
To maintain high quality results, a touch-up maintenance visit is required every 2-3 months, depending on the root length and preference.
