Exosomes
Exosomes are tiny, powerful vesicles released by stem cells that act as messengers, transferring proteins, lipids, and genetic information to other cells. They can be derived from various sources, including human, animal, and plant stem cells. It is important to note that the use of human-derived exosomes is not permitted for cosmetic procedures in the UK due to safety and regulatory concerns. Animal-derived exosomes also present potential issues.
We exclusively use plant-derived exosomes, as they are considered the safest and most ethical option. When applied to the scalp, these tiny messengers are packed with growth factors and other regenerative molecules that communicate with existing hair follicles. They signal them to enter the active growth phase, reduce inflammation, and improve microcirculation, creating an optimal micro-environment for healthy hair growth. Their ability to deliver a complex array of biological signals makes them a highly effective and advanced treatment for a range of hair concerns.

Solutions we work with

Our exosome solutions are carefully selected for their purity, concentration, and efficacy.
The advanced ASCE+ Rose 10bln Exosomes solution contains a powerful concentration of 10 billion exosomes derived from Rosa Damascena callus cultures, providing intense regeneration with a calming, anti-inflammatory effect on the scalp, making it an ideal treatment for sensitive conditions.

Indications
This treatment is highly effective for a range of conditions related to hair thinning, loss, and damage.
It is indicated for:
Androgenetic Alopecia: Commonly known as male or female pattern baldness, this treatment works to strengthen existing follicles and slow down the progression of hair loss.
Telogen Effluvium: It helps to revitalize the scalp and follicles to stimulate regrowth after periods of stress, illness, or hormonal changes.
General Hair Thinning: It is an excellent solution for individuals experiencing a general reduction in hair density and thickness.
Damaged Hair: The treatment can improve the quality of hair that is brittle, dry, or damaged by chemical processes and heat styling, restoring its strength and vitality.
Poor Scalp Health: It improves overall scalp microcirculation and health, creating a better environment for hair growth.
This treatment will not be effective for:
Scarring Alopecia: This includes conditions where the hair follicles have been permanently destroyed.
Completely Bald Areas: The treatment works by stimulating existing dormant hair follicles, and therefore cannot create new hair in areas where follicles are no longer present.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
These treatments are not suitable for individuals who:

Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Have an active skin infection, inflammation, or herpes simplex flare-up in the treatment area.
Suffer from autoimmune diseases or blood clotting disorders.
Have an allergy to any of the product ingredients.
Have a history of keloid scarring.
PRE TREATMENT
Attend a full consultation to discuss your concerns and health history.
Avoid any activities that could irritate or aggravate your scalp, such as chemical peels or strong hair dyes, at least one week prior.
Arrive with a clean, freshly washed scalp and hair, free of products.
Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) for 24-48 hours before your appointment to minimize bruising
PROTOCOL
For treatments using ASCE+ Rose 10bln Exosomes and other biostimulators, a typical course consists of 4 to 6 sessions, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart.

For treatments using the c.prof 231 Dutexome Solution, the protocol is different due to the powerful DHT-inhibiting drug within the formula.
Sessions for this specific treatment are recommended every 4 weeks.

Visible improvements can often be observed after the first 4 sessions, with full results becoming apparent after 6-8 months.
Maintenance treatments are recommended every 3 to 6 months to sustain the results. To achieve the best results, all in-clinic treatments must be paired with a consistent home care routine advised during your consultation.
AFTER CARE
Do not wash your hair or wet your scalp for at least 24 hours after the treatment.

Avoid saunas, steam rooms, or hot showers for 48 hours.
Refrain from strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Do not touch, massage, or apply any products to the treated area for at least 12 hours.

Modalities
Treatment modalities explained.
Solutions with exosomes can NOT be administered via mesotherapy.
Micro-needling
Microneedling is a procedure that uses a device with very fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the scalp's surface. This process stimulates the body's natural healing response, promoting collagen production and improving blood circulation to the hair follicles. These tiny channels also allow for superior absorption of topical solutions like polynucleotides, delivering key ingredients deep into the skin.
Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a technique that involves the injection of a customized cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other beneficial substances directly into the mesoderm, the middle layer of the skin. For hair restoration, this method ensures that a high concentration of active ingredients reaches the hair follicles directly, bypassing the digestive system and enhancing their effect on hair growth
Electroporation
Electroporation is a non-invasive, needle-free technique that uses a pulsed electrical current to create temporary, microscopic channels in the outer layer of the skin. This process significantly increases the skin's permeability, allowing large molecules, like polynucleotides, to be absorbed deeply into the tissue without any discomfort. It is a painless way to achieve the high-level penetration typically associated with injection-based therapies.
